I have some motion clips which I can only see on my BI 4 PC if I tag "all" clips. They don't show up under alerts. Any clues how to solve this?

I have some motion clips which I can only see on my BI 4 PC if I tag "all" clips. That function to see all clips and not only alert clips is missing in the Ios app on my ipad. Any clues how to solve this?

Installation / BI 4 crashed after update on 11/29/2015

BI crashed last night and will not start again. Running Win10 32b with the latest updates. Contacted Ken but due to weekend I do not expect a solution from him before tomorrow. Installed the update again from BI website but got the same error message from Windows.

Troubleshooting / Upgrade to Windows 10

I upgraded my windows 7 pro OS yesterday to Windows 10 pro. Everything went smooth but BI 4 did not start up as usual. I had to run blueiris.exe and enter the registration code again. And this solved it. All settings were available and nothing had to be done to run BI as usual after I included BI again in startup. By the way: the no-ip application started automatically and nothing had to be done for that app.

Troubleshooting / Strange emails

Once in a while (2 - 3 times a month) i get strange emails returned (see below). Ken (Mr. blue Iris) has no explanation. Has anyone have the same emails popping up and if so have you found an explanation?

iPhone Apps / Using iPad app from another Wifi network

I am trying for the first time to get access to my BI server and alert recordings from outside of my own network. I have setup no-ip of course for the PC running BI and have port forwarding the port (51515) I am using. No issues from my own network  but from an outside Wifi I get an error "unable to make server connection.....".
Any hints?

General Talk / Remote access on apple IPad

With the help of Ken (of course) I was able to get remotely the same functions and access from my Apple IPad using Safari like I have from my laptop using IE.
It is of course less powerful than the BI installation on my main PC but does what I want when I am on the "road".

Troubleshooting / Masking has no effect

I "masked out" the road in front of my home as I do not want alerts from road traffic but only if someone entered the perimeter of my front yard.
But I still get email alerts and recordings.
Any hint to solve this issue?
